          As a creator of the Healthy Project, I have a case of a serious sweet tooth for desserts based on vegetable raw materials without additional heat treatment, which allows us to preserve the freshness of fruits and all their vitamins. We constantly work daily to ensure that our desserts are light, tasty and healthy. In our desserts, we replaced sugar with natural alternatives such as honey, maple syrup, coconut nectar, and we also take a full advantage of the sweetness of the fruit itself, supplementing it with the aroma of vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate.
          In most desserts, various nuts are used to prepare the cream, and therefore, in order to reduce the caloric content, we make crusts from sprouted buckwheat and various seeds, which allows us to increase the amount of protein in the final product, which is why our desserts are easily chosen by professional athletes and all those who take their health and figure seriously. And even for those who consider nuts to be a high-calorie product, you can find in our line of desserts cakes prepared using low-sugar seeds with a delicious avocado cream or fruit puree. And if you like to customize your cake and have it your way, we can totally make something unique for you.
